Terms at Marling
These terms cover your use of marling.io. They are short and written to be read. If your business buys a Marling device, it signs a separate agreement with us, and that agreement is what governs the device.
Using this site
You may read, share and link to anything here. Please do not try to break the site, overload it, or reach parts of it that are not meant to be public, and use the forms only for a genuine enquiry.
What the site says about Marling
We describe our product as accurately as we can, and we check what we say against the device itself. Even so, this site is a description, not a promise. Features, prices and availability can change, and the only commitments we make to a customer are the ones written into its signed agreement. Nothing here is legal, clinical or compliance advice for your business.
The Marling device
A customer's use of a Marling device, including connecting its Microsoft 365 or Google account to the device, is governed by the subscription agreement it signs with us, together with a business associate agreement for a mental-health practice or a confidentiality and data-handling agreement for a law firm. These terms do not add to or change those agreements. If they ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
What you send us
When you use a form or email us, please tell us truthfully who you are. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy. Never send client information through this website; nothing here is built to receive it.
Our name and our work
The Marling name and mark, and the words, images and code on this site, belong to Marling, LLC. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Please do not copy the site or present our work as your own.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, its own terms apply, and we are not responsible for what it says or does.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, Marling is not liable for losses that come from using this website. This does not limit anything in a customer's signed agreement.
Changes, and how to reach us
If we change these terms, we will update this page and move the date at the top on the day it changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
This website is run by Marling, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Questions go to hello@marling.io, and a person answers.
